FAQ - Frequently asked questions
To help you prepare for your beauty treatment with complete peace of mind, here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
1. Why do a try session?
During the try session, we'll not only have the opportunity to get to know each other, but it'll also be a chance to experiment with makeup and hair style.
We'll see what suits you and what doesn't, as I'll be there not only as a Makeup & Hair Artist and but also as a consultant.

2. When to schedule a try session?
Try sessions usually take place during the week, 1 to 3 months prior to the D-Day.
From April to October- they are possible on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
From November to March - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
3. When to book my services?
If it's for your wedding, I highly recommend you to do it as soon as possible. Weekend dates sell out the fastest. First come, first served!

5. Travel Costs
Beyond 20 km from home, travel costs will be charged.
This is based on the cost of the charge, my sleep, the distance travelled and the timing.

6. Payment Conditions
An advance payment of € 50 (€ 100 for services in 2026 and of more than 2 days) will be requested in order to guarantee for you and for myself the booking of your date(s) if there is a try-out session
Upon receipt of the amount, the date(s) will be blocked. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
